Delicious Tuna Samosas

Ingredients:

– 1 sachet of Mousline instant mashed potato mix, to be prepared according to the instructions on the side of the box
– 100g tuna in oil
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– 1 handful of parsley
– 12 sheets of brick pastry
– 1 egg
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp ras el hanout
– 1 pinch of salt and pepper

Steps:

1. Start by washing and finely chopping the onion, garlic, and carrot.
2. In a pan over high heat, sauté the chopped vegetables in olive oil.
3. Add the tuna along with its can of oil.
4. Now it’s time to prepare the mashed potatoes! Season them with ras el hanout.
5. Hard-boil an egg and then mash it.
6. Mix the mashed potatoes with the tuna, vegetables, and egg.
7. Divide the filling among the brick pastry sheets (2 samosas per sheet) and fold them (folding instructions are often found on the brick pastry packages).
8. Fry the folded samosas in a little oil: 3 minutes on each side, and they’re ready!
