1. To begin, preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
2. In a food processor, using the dough hook, combine the Mousline flakes, water, sugar, butter, flour, yeast, and coarse salt. Then select the dough program (approximately 10 minutes of kneading).
3. At the end of the program, remove the dough, deflate it, and place it in a generously greased or parchment-lined loaf pan, approximately 27cm x 9cm (10.5 x 3.5 inches).
4. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature, covered with a tea towel.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
6. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 11 minutes. Stop the cooking process by plunging the eggs into cold water, then peel them.
7. In a bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork, then add the mayonnaise and chervil.
8. Let the bread cool, then cut it into thick slices and make sandwiches with the egg and mayonnaise mixture.
